Close your eyes.
Feel your body.
Breathe slowly and evenly.
Look inside with your total consciousness.
Go deeper and deeper inside your inner being, your centre.
Your centre is the centre of the existence.
Your centre is Oneness.
Acknowledge that centre. Accept that centre. Be that centre.
The centre of the existence is now. Only now is real, everything else is illusion.
You are the witness of the infinite now.
Witness your body, your mind, your emotions, your feelings.
Witness the witness and dissolve.
There is only eternal Oneness, everything else is changing, transforming into something else. Only Oneness remains in the eternal moment, now.
Be the Oneness.
Remember the witness when you open your eyes, and don’t leave Oneness behind.
The Oneness is stillness and silence. Silence is your home. Take it everywhere where you go.
Be the witness and silence will follow you everywhere.
Live your life and take care of nothing.
