BOYT: Please explain how you define consciousness, this term is often used but also often misunderstood.

Ivan: Consciousness cannot be defined, it has never been defined and it will never be defined. To define something you have to create a distance, you need to stand out of it; you need a space between definer and defined. How can you define yourself? If you are outside of yourself, who is there to define it? Everything else can be defined, watched, observed, experimented, moved, dissected, but not the definer, because everything else is before consciousness. Who will define consciousness? Consciousness is you. It is mystery not to be known, but to be lived. You can know outside, but you can never know inside—because you are already there, melted in oneness with the essence of you.

This is the paradox: those who claim to know the consciousness are unconscious, and those who come to a point where they don’t know the consciousness are conscious. If you say, “I am conscious,” then the question arises, “Conscious about what?” Consciousness has no idea of “I” or “Me”; it has no personality, no ego, no idea of one’s separation from the wholeness. It is one with the existence. It is flowing into the wholeness, and the wholeness is flowing into the one. Consciousness is a process, a flow like breathing—when you breathe in, the whole enters in you, when you breathe out, you enter the whole.

When we think about consciousness we usually think about the mind. The mind is not consciousness. The mind is using consciousness for its own existence. So, the mind cannot exist without consciousness, but consciousness IS the existence. Consciousness without thinking is awareness, or what I like calling it, The Infinite Consciousness. It is awareness that YOU ARE—whole, wholly, present, alive and infinite. It is not a thought; it is alertness without the thought. It is the essence of ALL THAT IS. What is IS at this moment of NOW. So, the moment of NOW is consciousness. Be in the moment and you are with it, you are IT.

BOYT: Many people hope to achieve a constant state of divine being, presence, consciousness but struggle. How does one achieve this state of being?

Ivan: When you identify with outside, accidental reality you have to struggle. So, from where is the struggle coming from? It is from the mind trying to achieve divine. The divine state of being is not an achievement, divine is already in you, it is you. You have to be conscious of it in order to be it. You have to be present in the moment of NOW to be the moment of NOW. There is no separation from you and the divine moment of NOW. It is available always; any time and yet timeless, any space and yet spaceless. Just a glimpse of the consciousness, a tiny fraction of awareness that you are as you are, relaxed and present with the essence, and the moment of NOW opens itself in you. In order to achieve that state of being, you have to totally trust “unknown”, with witnessing. Consciousness is the process of witnessing WHAT IS. Consciousness is the essential reality expressed in your individual reality. We have to be an individual witnessing, conscious of everything in order to be the essential reality. When there is nothing to witness anymore and only consciousness remains, conscious of itself, we become the whole. To achieve that infinite state of being, hope, belief, conflict or any doing will not you get you there; on the contrary, it will take you further and further from the essence of you. Only through witnessing responsiveness to each moment do you recognize your connection with the essence of What Is.

Consciousness is the essential reality. The mind is accidental reality. In accidental reality you have to doubt. In essential reality you have to trust. Doubting is the non-surrendering attitude—the attitude of judgments, conflict, fight, struggle. When the divine state of being becomes a hope, belief or a goal, you enter the conflict, suffering and struggle; you become the conflict, suffering and struggle.

Divine state of being is already the essence of WHAT IS. The immediate portal to it is surrender. What to surrender? You can’t surrender One Self to it because you are it. Divine is you forever, you are just not aware of it. You cannot surrender the essence, but you can surrender everything that is not yours, everything you identify and attached yourself with, your mind, your body, your beliefs, your knowledge your possessiveness, your unconsciousness. Surrendering means to be conscious of your unconsciousness. When everything becomes consciousness you attain unattainable.

BOYT: Are there people who, no matter what they do or try, cannot truly connect with a higher being or state of consciousness? If so, why?

Ivan: We are all deciding what to experience, even if that experience is constant failures. There are always valuable lessons in everything we experience. The failure to connect to the infinite being is not a failure; it is a process of expansion. It is like expanding intelligence infinitely. There is no status quo in existence. And another point, there is no backward movement. There is only forward. The wholeness is the infinite expansion in itself.

The failure might look like a deep suffering, but when you look from infinite perception, it all makes perfect sense. There is no non-sense in existence; everything is for a reason. What is the reason? I don’t know! It is not my individual reality. We all individually have infinite possibilities within us, and we can change our experience any moment of our inner decision. That is the power we all have. There is a saying: “God loves you infinitely. Out of God’s love you are free to choose anything you like. Your choice will be God’s command.”

What I know in my own experience of being in failure, of not connecting to my being, is my struggle and work to connect to it. It was my doing that kept me from my infinite being, creating conflict, struggle and frustration. What changed my approach was the non-doing act of The Middle Way. Non-doing act is watchful consciousness, or witnessing consciousness. Watchfulness is the greatest spiritual key to enlightenment. The deeper your watchfulness becomes, the deeper your connection with your awareness becomes.

Witnessing involves the present moment, right now and here. Whether you are at work, at home, shopping, on vacation, you carry that moment with you. Whatever you are doing, it is your mind that is doing it, not you. Your mind is your “doing, and every “doing” is always external and bombarded by thousands and thousands of sensual distractions. The present moment of now contains your “being.” This is always internal and filled with undisturbed stillness and calmness. It is non-temporal, non-local, non-spatial flowing. It is witnessing watchfulness.

Watch with awareness the entirety of a situation. Whatever is happening, or whatever you are doing, just be in alertness, in undistracted silence. Do not become preoccupied by expectations; nobody can predict outcomes, since ultimately outcomes are static and cannot exist. Do not participate in your observations. Through watchfulness, you will automatically go beyond polarities and be in witnessing. If you spread watchfulness throughout your day, a new consciousness will arise, and the Whole will rejoice.

Watch every act you do, every breath you take in and out, every thought that passes in your mind, every emotion that surfaces out of your darkness, every sentiment and reaction to things, every desire that takes possession of you, every gestures you body—walking, talking, eating. Move in your life continuously watchful. Watch outside passing phenomena, anything that comes and goes. Create the opportunity for everything to be watched. Watch everything. The whole point is not to get attached in what you are watching. When you are attached to what you are watching, the mind takes possession of you projecting a failure and the sense of guilt, which is the greatest obstacle to meditation.

If you forget your watchfulness, don’t become miserable or with guilt. Remember, it is natural. The moment you remember, again watch. When you watch, clarity arises, and out of your clarity gracefulness arises. With watchfulness the energy is not going to the mind and its thoughts. The mind is becoming less stable, less concrete, and more transparent. As the thoughts start disappearing, the clarity arises. The mind becomes no-mind. It becomes a mirror of what is.

BOYT: To be able to experience the ultimate state of consciousness, do you find it’s only possible through meditation?

Ivan: I am proposing The Middle Way or Middle Path to the Ultimate State of Consciousness. Every path towards awakening is easy, but we are not on the path. All methods, all techniques in the world are not for the path, but towards the path. The path already exists. You are the path. There is nowhere to go, there is no need to go, and there is NO ONE to go. You are already enlightened. That is the truth. It is a question of awakening to this truth. It is a question of discipline. The Middle Way is the Way of discipline; it is a Way of consciousness. To understand this Middle Way discipline, the middle path, or more precisely, the pathless path, we have to understand two historic paths; the path of meditation and the path of love.

Historically the path of meditation and the path of love have been seen with diametrically opposite values, with different directions, different methodology and attitudes in search for the enlightenment. In order not to be confused one has to decide very clearly what topractice, and stick to that decision. One has to be careful, because everything that happened on the path will also happen to you.

Through meditation you are alone in your search for the ultimate truth; through love you are with the other in search for the ultimate truth. Through meditation you will be in love; or through love you will be in meditation, and either way you will be one with the Whole. The two paths move differently but they meet at one point as one realization. Like a mountain, all ways up the mountain lead to the same top.

In love, one plus one is one, two beings are simply present to each other in oneness, doing nothing, like two mirrors reflecting each other, being in each other’s presence, illuminated and saturated by the other. In that state of consciously reflecting each other, consciously melting in each other’s joy, awareness comes on its own accord.

Inmeditation one plus one is zero. You are alone, there are no others, only your awareness doing nothing, reflecting itself, and love comes on its own accord. Once you settled in meditation you are in rhythm with existence, and love becomes a consequence. When you are in love with One Self, you are in love with the whole.

The path of meditation is to understand the mind and expand the consciousness, until you reach the boiling point where you ultimately melt in oneness.

The path of love is to disconnect the consciousness from the mind, and devote it to divine. Then you love for no reason, no demands, no possessiveness or conditions. You enter a pure meditation and become the wisdom. You love because you are love. You love because you are fully aware of One Self. To be saturated with that truth is enlightenment. To share your enlightenment with the rest of of the world is compassion. You recognize your inner divine love in meditative state of being, and out of your recognition, you share it with the whole existence.

If you decide to follow the path of meditation, choose the method that brings excitement and joy. Certain meditation methods can help you to reach certain states. When you reach that state, move on to another method. Be in tune. You have to know that the method cannot lead you to the end; it is only a passenger to your journey towards eternity.

Love is not a technique. Love is methodless approach. It is not about traveling through the mind in order to attain the no-mind; it is intimate love-relation with eternity in this moment of now. Learn a meditative state of patience. Meditative-love is one feeling of two hearts, your heart and divine heart beating in the same rhythm.

The whole point of the Middle Way is to be in meditative-love, methodless, nontechnical, in non-doing. Through the effort you attain effortless being. Lao Tzu says, “Open now,” meaning, give up the search, give up the method. Use the method with awareness and drop it immediately. If for some reason you are not able to do that, you can try again, and again. Be aware, in trying you can become locked in the method, it can become your addiction. In trying to love you are trying to fulfill your ego. Love and meditation are happening. There is no destination. You are the end point of your beginning.

Don’t journey, don’t seek, don’t search, don’t ask, don’t demand—just be where you are at this moment. Relax and do nothing. Wherever you are, you are in the moment, just relax. If you relax in the moment, you are as you are. If you relax, you start vibrating with What Is. That is methodless method, real Middle Way.

BOYT: When not in a space or a place of mediation, how can one begin to incorporate that feeling or divine state of being into their daily life?

Ivan: When you are not in consciousness, you are unconscious. In unconsciousness you cannot incorporate the divine state of being into your daily life. In unconsciousness you are in attachments to your past actions and reactions. You are not, the society is. In order to incorporate the divine state of being, you have to bring consciousness in every act, in every moment of your life. You have to be in the meditation in order to be the meditation.

BOYT: What type of mediation do you practice or recommend and why?

Ivan: I can recommend this method which I call “Ordinary moment as a method to discipline One Self’ from my new book The Middle Way, which will be published this year.

Live this moment of your ordinary life or your discipline is bound to become something of an escape. When this discipline has really deepened, the mind will melt in nothingness, and time will disappear. Time and mind are nothing but two aspects of the same thing. The time is the mind and the mind is the time. It is an invention in order for the thoughts to exist.

The whole point of this simple discipline is to stop the mind activities instantly, without warning.

Whatever you are doing, walking, working, talking.., suddenly stop yourself and remember. Whatsoever the situation, stop yourself completely, no movement, just be present to whatsoever is happening NOW. Then start moving again. Do the stop meditation for 30 seconds, at least seven times a day, or as much as you can. Do not plan stopping, do it out of blue, it has to be done suddenly.

The mind means continuity of thoughts. By stopping your doing and being aware of the moment, the continuity that was going on in the mind stops. The purpose of this shock meditation technique is in stopping the mind, creating the gap between the thoughts, so that the mind becomes open. The mind needs time to continue thinking in unpredictable shocking situations. Observe the situation with awareness. Do not try to activate the mind to find a rational explanation of your irrational behavior. Not only will you become aware, others will become aware of your change of energy. Something has entered in you from the unknown and others are noticing it.

Discipline is not an experience; it is to become aware of the experiencer. Look with dispassionate eyes. Just watch and remain attentive in the watching.

BOYT: Why as a society are we so conflicted in the idea to surrender?

Ivan: The mind is afraid to be vulnerable, so it defends against what it does not know. This is normal survival response; perhaps the result of a time when being vulnerable was not safe. But back then, you did not have the capacity to create a feeling of safety internally. Now you do— this is the difference. Now, you can choose to simply allow life to flow and feel safe within. There is nowhere to go, nothing to do, no goal to reach in a distant future. Just be aware, relaxed and allow life to be in the moment of now. Life is nowhere else than in this moment now. Bring awareness in the moment of now and you will be allowing life to flow freely. That is surrender.

Blissful existence in this moment of now is a miracle. In this moment of now, everything is possible. When you get rid of the concept of “impossible” and allow yourself to sink into the now, you will experience One Self as the miracle. That is the real magic of knowingness; knowing your miraculous existential nature. The “impossible” is blocking you from WHAT IS. If you surrender everything that is not you, you will attain that which you ARE. Surrender is letting go. You can only let go of that which is not yours. The ownership of that which is not ours is your attachment. All our attachments come from one source, one big attachment—our mind.

Surrender means emptiness, trust and relaxation. It means you don’t see life through the mind, but through Consciousness, through your real One Self. Surrender harmonizes, rejuvenates and heals you. Once you know how to let go, you now know one of the great secrets in life. In total surrender, there is spontaneity, and whatsoever comes out of spontaneity is God.

BOYT: Is it possible to achieve a state of the highest consciousness without total surrender?

Ivan: No! Total surrender is total consciousness.

BOYT: What changes in life when you experience total surrender and consciousness?

Ivan: The obvious change is the clarity. You perception is absolutely clear; the sense of infinite joy for no reason; total relaxation with what is at the moment; no thoughts confusing the stillness of the joyful moment; no past no future; nothingness, stillness, soundless, spaceless. There is no I, Me, Mine—just Wholeness.

BOYT: If you can offer three suggestions to implement that would change one’s life dramatically, what would you suggest?

Ivan: In this reality we exist in three layers: the body, the mind and the soul. Whatever we do, we are doing it in three ways, either through the mind, or through the body or through the soul. Love is the Oneness. In this reality when we love through the body it becomes sex; when we love through the mind, we fantasies in romance; when we love through the soul we become kind. Three energies acting differently, but they are the same.

The whole of existence is vibrating and pulsating with the sound vibration of OM. It is the original and primordial sound which brought the universe into existence. OM is also known as the “Unstruck Sound.” It was not created by the clash of two things coming together. Rather, it is beyond duality; it is the sound of Oneness. The sound can only exist if there is something there to create it. The Mind creates the sound because the mind is the sound. Sound is the property of the mind; but no-mind is filled with OM. OM is the real nature of no-mind spaceless nature. OM consists of A-U-M, a symbol of three basic musical notes. AUM represents inner music, inner harmony, and inner humming soundless sound. If those three musical notes becomes one, there is silence. The same way, when we unite three layers of our existence in this reality in one (the body, the mind and the soul), we attain consciousness. When the manifested and unmanifested function together in deep accord we enter the wholeness.

Respect your body. Doubt your mind. Trust your Soul.

Use those three suggestions together in perceiving every situation in your life, every moment you are in, and you will hear soundless consciousness.

BOYT: What part does poor health play in a disconnection from consciousness?

Ivan: Everybody is born with possibility to remain healthy and happy, but something is missing and everybody becomes unhealthy and unhappy. Health is natural, disease is unnatural. Disease is an indication that you are separated from your existential nature. Disease is a state of uneasiness and imbalance. Whenever you find yourself with disease, that means you are doing something unnatural to create it. Unnatural means the balance with the Whole is lost; you have been diverted from your natural flow. Every obstacle is obstructing your natural, healthy flow. The mind is disease, obstructing and suppressing consciousness. Your Infinite Consciousness is health. Health is natural process of your being. Health will arise out of the removal of the disease. When you remove the rock blocking the spring flow, the spring will start flowing again. Health is not in rock, the rock was blocking the flow of health. The mind is blocking the flow of health in this very moment now.

Illness is different from disease. Illness is warning you, talking to you, pointing a direction you have to take; asking you for your acceptance, for your expression, for the transcendence, for your awareness, your consciousness. If you are not listening; if you are not in tune with the nature, you are repressing your consciousness, which is creating the experience of the dis-ease. You are avoiding the warning and repressing One-Self.

There is nothing wrong with being ill. Sometimes it is very good to fall ill. A healthy person has to experience illness sometimes, to pass through it to attain health again; new freshness, new rejuvenation, greater wellness. Existence is always going through the opposite poles in this moment of now, but it is not attached to any part of it, always changing, never staying the same. Everything that changes is alive; everything that becomes stagnant dies. That is the nature; always flowing, changing, and moving from one side of extreme to the other. Going through opposites, without attachments, always gives freshness, blissfulness, healthfulness.

If you fall ill and have to go to bed, take it as a blessing from the Universe. Take it as the opportunity to cleanse and harmonize again. Rest your body on the bed. Mediate. Meditation is medicinal. Close your eyes and look at the illness. Watch the illness, the pain, body imbalance and don’t try to analyze or project. Do not attach to the illness or pain. Do not identify with it. You are not illness and you cannot be in pain. Do not attach to the thoughts. Just watch. Do nothing. The whole body might be tired, in pain, tensed or feverish, but do nothing, just watch. The more you watch without attachment and identification either to objective (your feverish body sensations), or subjective (tensed thoughts and overexcited emotions), you will become aware of a peaceful, calm, and healthy point within you. The fever might be around, but you are grounded in your inner centre, in the moment of now. Your inner centre is the one centre of All That Is. Your innermost centre is a portal for Infinite Energy of Oneness to overflow the body with Infinite Joy for simply being. The body will harmonize naturally.

The temporary afflictions of body and mind, and the confusion, stress and suffering they cause, can temporarily shadow and obscure the fundamentally clear and natural flow of the Infinite Health within. Whatever we see in our reality is nothing more than our projection coming from our own definition of inner self, imprinted or borrowed from others in order to experience limitations and learn. We are all learning about One-Self. When we uncover and make contact with this essentially pure nature of One-Self, and when we have developed an inexhaustible source of inner love and compassion to it, we can then see the reflection of this purity in everything and everybody; we can then see and experience the flow of health in our reality. But if we have not uncovered and not contacted the quality of health within One-Self, we will see and experience Self, not as One, but as separate, and we will see ourselves and everything and everybody else as limited, poor health and diseases.

BOYT: As a society we are beginning to understand the link between emotion and illness, what are steps that we can take to truly begin the healing process?

Ivan: We have to accept the Body as One System. The system is perfect as it is, but there is one loophole—the mind. The mind is controlling emotions and emotions are triggering body reactions. The mind is controlling the body through emotions.

Every organ, every cell, every part of the body, visible or invisible is constantly signaling and communicating with the brain, bi-computer, and other organs in the system, and receiving signals from them via hormones in an infinitely complex, continuous feedback loop. The mind cannot exist without the brain, and it cannot control the body without it; it is impossible. The endocrine system in the body is the link between our emotions and our physical bodies, and the relationship is circular, more precisely spiral or fractal. The emotions have a powerful physical effect on our body via shifting neurochemical levels, and our neurochemical balance has a powerful effect on our emotions.

For example, the pituitary gland is located in the hypothalamus region of the midbrain. The hypothalamus is part of the limbic system, known as the ancient “reptilian” brain that governs our emotions and instinctual processes such as sleep, hunger, thirst and sexuality. The brain is in constant communication with the endocrine system through the neurotransmitters in the brain, known as chemicals neuropeptide. Our excitement is processed in the brain and neuropeptides act as messengers within the nervous system, enabling different parts of the body to act as one system. The hormonal signals from the pituitary gland are in constant communication with the various other glands for appropriate physical and behavioral response. The hypothalamus makes use of some of the neurotransmitters (serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine) that have been connected with the management of the endocrine system. The brain constantly monitors and regulates billions of electrical and chemical impulses. Neurotransmitters released from nerve endings, transmit impulses to other nerves, organs and muscles in the body.

On the surface of a cell are receptors. Each receptor acts as a lock for a particular neuropeptide, which slips in like a key and turns on the relevant body process. Emotions and thoughts are the triggers that send a surge of neuropeptides through the body. Emotions fluctuate from anger to pleasure— neuropeptides sweep through the body system in response, signaling physical changes such as a rise in blood pressure or relaxation of muscles. Thoughts fluctuate from accepted to rejected, positive, negative—neuropeptides sweep through the body system in response confusing the body and making it more stressful.

Emotions, such as anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, coming from anxious mind are affecting the immune system, reducing the cellular activity and antibody productions.

Without consciousness the mind, with its thoughts, beliefs and definitions, is controlling emotions which are governing our reactions to ever-moving situations; we may get angry, jealous, depressed or react in fear. The mind controls emotions by freezing the body movements, stiffening the jaw, tightening the neck and belly and holding the breath. The way we hold our body tells a lot about what kind of emotions are buried underneath our awareness. Encouraging movement where the body is frozen helps to free the emotions and restore vitality and motility.

The main way of freezing the body energy and burying emotions in unconsciousness is through the mind. The mind sees the world in terms of its desires and pleasures. The mind’s main motivation is to make sure that the pleasurable desires are gratified. Emotions are not in the body, but in the mind. In the body are the hormones and the mind is interpreting them as the emotions. Not allowing hormones from endocrine glands to move freely through the body, is the mind freezing the body and controlling the consciousness.

Hormones are chemical substances, conveyed by the bloodstream to effect physiological activity, including growth and development, cellular metabolism, water and electrolytes, energy, blood balance of nutrients, reproduction, and the body’s immune defenses against stressors. Hormones actually act as messengers, creating harmony and homeostasis through the facilitation or inhibition of bodily function.

Each hormone is designed to transmit its message only to certain target receptor cells that are capable of recognizing that particular hormone. Hormones act by turning on or off the genes for a special function, or by regulating the rate at which these functions are performed. Height, weight, growth, maturation, adaptation to stress, sexual response, reproduction and aging are determined by this “on and off” system.

With constant daily stress, worries, anxieties, guilt, fear, we lose the ability to produce many of our vital hormones, resulting in a myriad of symptoms. These may include heart disease, impotency, poor memory, arthritis, cancer, obesity, hot flashes, depression, fatigue, and many other diseases.

We all have a choice: to repress or to transcend. Repression is about fragmentation; it’s the activities from the mind. Transcendence is about union, the act from the Whole. The energy of repression accumulates in your unconscious and you become that which you repress. Whatever you throw into the unconscious goes into every muscle, every bone, every cell in your body. It operates in secret and shapes your reality from there. As you begin to express your repressed energies, you bring them into consciousness and begin to heal them. Express whatever you are experiencing, otherwise you close the door to your being, to your Soul;. Express it all, the beautiful and what you consider ugly about yourself. Just don’t go throwing it mindlessly at someone else. You don’t want a chain reaction of causes and consequences to deal with later. Choose to create, with the intention of experiencing freedom.

Express the repressed energies through the act of BEING in the moment of now, whether jogging, painting, gardening, walking, and swimming, bring awareness; be an observer, be a witness of the act. You can scream, cry, laugh—just be aware of the energy and watch it as it moves from, into, through and out of you, to you. Even if you become frightened of this raw and powerful energy, do not stop it or it will get repressed again by your mind. The repressed energies need to be transcended. By expressing the repressed energy consciously, you are transcending, relaxing, moving, changing and transcending. You are transcending misery into joy.

The ability to act is the ability to respond in life. That is what responsibility is; the ability to act with consciousness, responding from the moment of now. Responsibility in life arises when you see that you have infinite power to be creative and are free to exercise it. Allow your tears to roll down your face, cry your emotions of helplessness out. Allow emotions to surface, do not repress thoughts, do not fight them, do not think them. Accept everything. Acceptance is the act from the Whole. The Whole is always in the act of giving you the chance to transform and grow. Accept your helplessness, your misery, your anxiety, your illness. Do not fight it, do not create more conflict in your life; just bring in the moment of now into your consciousness. By embracing and accepting your imperfections, your limitations, your madness, your disease and your helplessness, you will be accepted by the Divine.

So keep moving, flowing and loving. Live your life fully, naturally, non-intensely. Live your life totally. Only totality can be in total act of now.

BOYT: How do you explain to someone who is ill that changing their frequency or state of consciousness will improve their health?

Ivan: We have two realms existing together in us—the realm of change which is always changing and the realm of non-changing which is always the same.

You intrinsic nature is always the same, it never changes. Your intrinsic nature is always healthy. If you are able to perceive your nature, you will come to know that something in you is essential, it remains the same continuously, eternally, and timelessly. That is the center of your being, the infinite consciousness.

Change is the essence of life. Everything is changing. Only change never changes. Everything is dissolving, moving, and transforming into something else. Transformation means to change, to move into other form, into something else. Health is moving into illness and illness is moving into health. Real change means to move into the unknown. Basically the fear of change is the fear of unknown. That is why people want to remain in the security of the projected mind and frieze the energy into only one aspect of the duality—health. They really don’t want to accept the change. Transcendence means to change the view of your inner understanding. It happens from the higher plane of your existence, the Infinite Consciousness, from the ultimate health.

What happens when you refuse to accept the change? You are trapped in your past, in your future, trapped in your mind, in fear of the world, of the change, in fear of your own conditioning. You are fighting with yourself.
The whole secret is to remember to that which is unchangeable within you. The secret is in wanting nothing.

Try This: You feel thirsty, sleepy, or hungry; whatever you are feeling, always remember the two realms. Hunger can only be felt by the periphery. You don’t need food, you don’t need any fuel, but the body needs it. Remember, when hunger happens it is happening to the body, not to you; you are just aware of it.

Do not say, “I am hungry.” Always say within, be aware, “I am aware that my body is hungry”, or “I am aware that my body is thirsty”, or sleepy, or tired, or ill. Give emphasis to your awareness, not to your attachments. If you are becoming ill: never say, “I am becoming ill”, or “I am ill.” Give emphasis to your knowingness, and say within, “My body is of the balance.” You are becoming old: never say, “I am becoming old.” Just say, “My body is becoming old.” Then the discrimination is there. Then even in the moment of your death, you will be aware of what is changeable and what is unchangeable; what is illusion and what is real. You will have knowingness, “My body is dying. I cannot die.”

Understand this point: nothing is unchanging except the awareness, it is always the same. You cannot know the awareness, but you can be in knowingness. Awareness is not an object. You need a distance in order to know something, but with awareness, how can you know One Self. You cannot look at One Self. You cannot observe One Self. You can only be in knowingness with One Self.

So when you are looking at the illness, you are the knower and the illness is the known. When you say, “I am ill”, you become the object of your knowledge, you become attached to the changing world, you identify yourself with the appearance, and that appearance becomes your attachment turning into disease. The whole point of this method is to make discrimination. If this discrimination deepens, one day, suddenly, you don’t get attached to anything, the mind becomes silent, and you body heals itself. Allowing is the key.

Healing is experienced at different levels by different people, given their respective life experiences, up to her/his/their moment of now, an individual ability to process the change, willingness to accept the change, willingness to abandon the old dysfunctional beliefs coming from resistance to change, deeply imprinted in the psyche, and so many other factors. The amount of healing will be relative to the ability of an individual to handle each challenge progressively.

You are looking at the state of health, or something which makes you satisfied or pleased, and you are happy. There is a feeling that this is going to remain forever. That is where the method is very crucial. Do not expect that this is going to remain forever. Only awareness is forever; everything else is changing. Bring the awareness. It is happiness in this moment and it may be unhappiness the next, how can you feel any attachment? It is impossible. Look at your emotions. Look at your mind. Look at your personality or your character. It is in one state changing to the other state all the time. This world is the world in transformation, from one form to the other form. Your consciousness cannot be in transformation, but in transcendence, from one moment of healthy now to the other moment of healthy now, the same moment of now. Consciousness is your health. You don’t have to do anything else, just be conscious. Be in this world. Be part of it. Feel it. Enjoy it, but never cling to it. And when you don’t cling to it, by and by, you will rediscover the internal timeless center where there is no change.

Don’t be afraid of life. If you are afraid, you are possessed by the mind conditioning. Move into the ever changing world. Don’t run away from it. Consume it through consciousness. Don’t cling to it. Remain in the center of your being. Be the consciousness. Don’t fight with the change, and do not try to change the change. Don’t waste your energy by fighting with it. Just relax, and life will be full of miracles to you. Don’t fight disease, suffering, pain, stress or depression. There is no need because in you the change cannot enter.

There are three types of people in this world: the one that will cling to the world of change, the one who will run away from it, and the third, very rare one who will consume this world with consciousness, who will allow it to happen.
Fighting disease, fighting cancer, fighting for the peace, for justice, for health creates tension, stress and anxiety. Allow the world to be as it is.

We are all indoctrinated to be unhappy with the world as it is. Unhappy people will try and struggle to change the world. By changing the world, you are fighting with the inevitable change, and you are destroying your whole life. You are not consuming the world, you are consuming yourself. Do not be afraid to be One Self. Do not be unconscious, neurotic, obsessed and possessed by the mind.

You do not need to change anybody, neither the world nor yourself. You just need to be aware of unchanging inner center of your being, and flow in the world of change with it.

This is one of the most hidden secrets of the real spirituality. You are NOW and HERE. Now and here is never changing moment. Now is the center of your being. That center is the consciousness, God, the existence, the health, the wholeness, and the truth.

BOYT: How can we teach our children to be conscious and understand the link between emotional pains that causes physical pain?

Ivan: We can teach our children to use the mind, not to be used by the mind. Mind is merely an instrument. You are not your car. You are driving your car. Consciousness is neither the mind, nor of the mind. You are using your car for the purpose of riding a certain distance in a comfortable and timely fashion. If you believed that you are your car, you and your car would never separate. You would just keep driving and driving. We have to teach our children that consciousness cannot be in the mind, but it can go through the mind. It is the flow, a movement of the one moment of now. Consciousness is the flow of free movement of the one moment through the no-mind. If the movement stops, the moment of now is lost, and then the consciousness is not, and unconsciousness is, the mind is.

Emotional pain is deep repression of consciousness through the attachment with the past. Emotional pain is imbalance state of being. The mind is thinking, jumping from past into the future and suppressing the consciousness.

We have to guide our children to experience the consciousness through meditation. Consciousness is all about balance. Through balance we rediscover Love. Through Love we form relationship, and through relationship we have an opportunity to awaken the One Self and express it unconditionally as health.

Compassion means to have passion within. With the consciousness we express the passion through unsuppressed emotions. Without mind involved in the process we purify emotions, creating one feeling, the feeling of being alive and attaining compassion. It is through the enchantment of Love that compassion with consciousness starts flowing freely through our life and healing us. The ability to be compassionate towards others depends on our own ability to be in touch within our own yearnings and emotional pain. Only by experiencing and going through our own emotional pain can compassion be re-discovered, expressed and shared. Compassion is an act of the Whole anchored in the One Self, and is able to respond to another’s One Self. Compassion is a selfless act of the moment of now. With the compassion there is no way to experience emotional pain, and consequently no way to be linked with physical dis-alignment. We have to teach our children that with compassion we are using our mind; we are not being used by our mind.

Buddha once gave a speech saying nothing, he just held up a flower to his listeners. This is the silent language of flowers, the language of unity in diversity, a perfect order in nature, the relatedness of all things and no-things in existence. The patterns of a flower speak about certain proportions, equations, and a dynamic way that all things come from no-things growing and expanding from a union of complimentary opposites. Buddha’s flower was a living form with the essence as the formless; it was the living geometrical pattern of all things mirroring the truth relevant to every-body and no-body, every-thing and no-thing in existence.

Sacred Geometry Yantra speaks about harmonies of form in formlessness, music in silence, growth in stillness. The harmony (harmony, from the Greek word harmos, meaning to join) in Sacred Geometry Yantra is a relationship of energies in which contrasting elements and ‘relative/absolute’ aspects complement one another by joining together in order to grow.

‘Relative’ is our mind moving, changing, transforming in circumference, in the world of things. ‘Absolute’ is stillness, emptiness, everlasting present of nothingness. Only in emptiness can being be in absolute presence. If being is not in absolute presence, being is in relative absence. Sacred Geometry Yantra is bridging the apparent gap between ‘relative’ and ‘absolute’ existence, and the apparent gap between tangible and intangible patterns in symbolic life. The word symbol comes from the union of two Greek words: sun, “together”, and ballein, “to throw”. Relative is that which is thrown out in circumference and absolute is all of that which is united in primordial Infinite One.

Harmonious forms and patterns created from the tangible are easily understood and readily accepted by the relative mind, whereas the intangible are not accepted because they are constantly making and infinitely changing. For the relative, the intangible is lifeless. Yantra is bridging that separation and attachment only to the relative and bringing the absolute into consideration. Yantra is thus a direct experience of a supreme law in existence: “The One Energy permeates everything and nothing.” Sacred Geometry Yantra is an expression of that inner sense of relatedness and oneness with All That Is.

We are all part of existence and existence is part of us. There is nothing higher, lower, better or worse, everything is equal, nonhierarchical but unique in oneness. Yantra processes this vision of unity. It is a sacred symbol of our sacralized universe: existing, breathing, moving and expanding with the simplicity of ONE life in all elements, all dimensions, densities, and all aspects of existence.

Contemporary man has desacralized the existence, attaching itself to the illusionary socio-egotistic-mind, fragmenting life, forming collective consensus reality and separating itself from the sacred unity of the existential wholeness. Contemporary man has lost his original One Self and the sacred interconnectedness with wholeness in existence, with All That Is. This alienation from the sacred space within has resulted in quantification from the sacred place without. In order to discover the vital sacred reality, ‘Contemporary man’ needs to rediscover his original One Self in wholeness again.

The Sacred Geometry Yantra is holding that key. It is expressing this comprehensive inner vision of wholeness, a complex rubric of divine manifestation from the oneness into the ‘manyness’, and its secret key of returning back to the oneness again. It is essentially a potent and dynamic geometrical composition which reflects and arouses the inner One Energy to awaken it to its fullest, to its wholeness again. Rather than the universe being made up of objects existing separately in space and time, the whole of existence is the manifestation of a single reality. In other words, our being isn’t separate from the infinite universe; despite the fact our mind imagines us to be separate.

All life emerges from the same source: intelligent, unconditionally loving, infinite creativity, represented by the universal language of Sacred Geometry, which is recognized on a cellular level by all beings. It’s the language of consciousness, a language that speaks of the undeniable oneness of all things.

The universe is a single vibration that expands in all directions, creating an unlimited variety of vibrations. Sacred Geometry Yantra corresponds to these vibrations. Hence meditating on a Sacred Geometry Yantra symbol imprints a higher vibrational signature in our consciousness. This is because a sacred geometry symbol acts as a portal, a passage to higher aspects of Infinite Consciousness.

Since the symbol’s vibration resonates at a high frequency, when we focus our attention on a specific symbol, our mind opens to the resonance of that particular geometrical archetype, thereby training our awareness to resonate at a higher wavelength.

The energy doesn’t emanate from the Yantra, but from Infinite Consciousness itself, which communicates through the symbolic form. The meditations lead us into the unknown, where mind becomes no-mind, form reveals its ultimate formlessness, and thingness reveals its inherent no-thing-ness. In other words, Sacred Geometry Yantra meditation works by tuning us to the vibration of our One Self. In this way, the meditations facilitate our transcendence. Sacred Geometry Yantra meditation is a process to be enjoyed, not a goal to be achieved. The images prepare us for deep meditation. As they guide us in surrendering our illusions, they enable us to recognize the truth of our One Self, which is found in the silence within us. Sacred Geometry Yantra meditation is a powerful tool that can trigger awareness and accelerate both our healing and our evolution/involution — a process of rediscovering our One Self and becoming the pure Infinite Consciousness we really are.

Almost everybody is born with the possibility of being healthy, so why do many of us become unhealthy?

The words “holism,” “healing,” and “holy” come from the word “whole.” To be healthy means to be one with the Whole—to be in touch with one’s multidimensionality and interconnectedness, experiencing One Self as part of the Whole, the infinite consciousness.

In contrast, to be unhealthy means to be disconnected from the Whole—to experience One Self as being separate.

Health is the natural result of simply being in the oneness of consciousness. Disease is unnatural, a state of uneasiness and imbalance that indicates we are separated from our essengtial being.

Whenever we find ourselves with a disease, we are doing something unnatural to create it. By “unnatural,” I mean the balance with the Whole is lost, diverting our natural flow.

What obstructs the flow of health in us? The mind, because it suppresses consciousness.

The mind succumbs readily to suggestion. For instance, we have been taught, “Don’t do that; do this. This is real; that’s unreal. Believe this; don’t believe that.” We have been conditioned to suppress, pretend, not say what we really feel, follow the rules.” Oh, and the prize advice: “What will others think?”

Our values, beliefs, thoughts, expectations, interpretations, hopes, and behaviors are spoon-fed to us by others—our parents, teachers, religious figures, politicians, health practitioners, and so on. In other words, our self-identity is borrowed from others through social conditioning. This conditioning is what forms mind.

We are all conditioned to believe in the reality of disease. But such a belief is simply fear of being who we really are, a fear that has been instilled in is by many different sources—sometimes by loving but anxious parents with the intention of protecting us, sometimes by those who profit from our detachment from our natural state of being.

Conditioning is a process of suppressing consciousness. We are all born as expressions of consciousness, without an ego. But when a child isn’t accepted fully—when its actions aren’t gently guided and it isn’t allowed to trust One Self—ego appears as a creation of the opinions of others.

Somebody loves you or hates you. Somebody accepts you or rejects you. Somebody says nice things about you or terrible things. In this way the ego becomes a mirror of relationships. The child starts looking at the reflection, instead of at its authentic One Self. Seeing itself from the outside rather than the inside, it becomes afraid to be One Self builds a persona—a false, social self, which is an unconscious state of being. In this conditioned state, we believe existence is full of suffering, conflict, pain, misery, and disease.

We all feed each consensus thoughts, which we aren’t supposed to question. Have you ever questioned the doctor’s diagnosis, “You have a cancer?” If we go against our conditioning, society makes us feel guilty. The result is that we are charged with fearful thoughts and suppressed feelings, which contribute to stress, tension, anxiety, and ultimately disease.

Just as matter is nothing but a form of energy, created by the consensus mind—the global mind—disease is nothing but a state of mind. From the state of not being at ease with the moment, which is non-acceptance, all disease originates.

Illness is different from disease. It’s part of a natural process of being, a byproduct of our body’s maintenance of its equilibrium. Always transient, illness becomes a disease when we freeze this process by focusing on it out of fear, give it a name or diagnosis, perceive it as a form or entity, identify with it and possess it (“my MS,” and so on).

The mind can be a useful instrument—a tool to designate, create, and communicate. It can be a channel to connect us with our source and who we really are. It’s there to be used, but not to use us. We are not our mind: infinite consciousness is who we are. Consciousness is natural, whereas mind is unnatural, a superficial creation, a compensation for not being conscious.

Because mind isn’t whole, it can’t accept the Whole. It can only accept parts of it—if those parts fit with its conditioned structures. Were the mind to accept the Whole, it would dissolve. But because of its superficiality, the mind can’t embrace experience wholly. It has to judge, accepting “good” parts and rejecting “bad” parts. Anything associated with pain gets rejected. Whatever we reject, we suppress. As a result, we become unconsciously oppressed and possessed by mind.

When good and bad aspects of lived, unlived, and partially lived experiences are stored in the basement of the mind, these fragments haunt us, following us wherever we go and affecting whatever we do. This they do seeking completion by asking us to go through them again, but this time with full consciousness. That is where healing begins. Our difficulty is that because we don’t want to bring past pain to our awareness, we tend to suppress it even further, which requires enormous energy, leaving us drained and stressed. However, once we unconditionally accept the “good” and “bad” by embracing this moment totally, the mind loses its power. Consciousness then automatically emerges, celebrating the easiness of our life.

Because we are all slaves to society, the state, religion, and a thousand and one other things, it takes enormous courage to free ourselves of mental structures. We need to be brave to remove all illusions and projections, all pretenses and fantasies. Only then can we discover something that’s always present in us: health, wellbeing.

Only when we are utterly free of any content of the mind can we allow our consciousness to be free and bathe our body with infinite energy to repair, harmonize, and heal. Then our being dances in bliss, and health flows.

To discover this source of infinite goodness within us, we need what I call real therapy. Real therapy is consciousness. We need to be conscious of who we truly are—not our mind, status, job, or whatever else, but the source of truth within us. We need to be conscious of consciousness.

Transformation can be painful, but only if we resist it. One has to go deep into the rabbit hole and leave all possessiveness behind, including deep-rooted habits, patterns of thought the mind believes, and personality structures. One has to challenge the whole of one’s social conditioning. It’s no easy thing to drop our conditioning when it’s all we believe we are. We need to dehypnotize ourselves, wake up, and feel our innate self-worth, self-acceptance, and self-reliance.

What’s required is inquiry. Unlike belief, the truth needs inquiry. Observe yourself within, with compassion and full acceptance of whatever you find there. Stay in the now, not allowing your mind to take you to the past, future, or somewhere outside of you. Keep watching and wondering who is the one watching, until you realize the answer.

When we connect with the now, we become aware of the whole of existence. We remember our wholeness, and the whole of existence recognizes us as itself and causes us to be more whole, balanced, and in harmony with All That Is. We become healthy again.

The ultimate goal of our individual evolution is to experience fulfillment in infinite health and enlightenment. Such health can be achieved by everyone, when all the illusions—stress, greed, hatred, ignorance, diseases, and unconsciousness—presently in our mind have been completely accepted and detached from One Self. When we remove the rock, the spring flows.

Such full awakening is characterized by clarity of perception, unlimited inner knowing, unconditional compassion, and health that flows from our source deep within, through us to ourselves as expressions of this source, and consequently out to others. When we are health, we vibrate health to others. Be aware, health is contagious!

Where do you belong? Belonging to a certain country, nation, culture or society, is belonging to a ‘collective’. Being an individual means belonging to the one centre in One-Self. Being universal means belonging to the Whole, to Existence. It is Oneness. You have to be both, individual and universal, and be flexible and fluid between these two. Your personality is part of the collective. It is shaped and created by others. Your personality is social. All things social belong to the collective. The collective is non-existential. Your individuality is not personal, it is universal. It is not social. It is whole Existence.

What is your name? Your name is not you. Your name is a label. It is a social convenience. Society needs a name for others to call ‘your-self’, but it is not your being. You can change your name, your personality, your appearance, but nothing will change, because it is non-existential change. You have to change the direction of your attention, from outside non-existence, to inside existence. You cannot change One-Self because it is unchangeable, you can only change the direction of your attention, to your Consciousness. The existence is unchangeable, still it can change, move, and transform in itself infinitely. The existence is unchangeable change, ONE-SELF.

Your personality stems from the mind, and the mind is many. The mind is not One-Self, it is yourself. The mind belongs to society. There are so many cultures, nations, religions … each creating a different personal and collective mind. Society imprints the mind with desire in order to control you, to control One-Self. People desire a better health, better life, a better house, a better this or that. Desire is longing for that which is not … for that which you do not have. Society is against Existence. Your individual responsibility is not in society, but in your own being. The individual, who is not at peace with One-Self, cannot be at peace with Existence.

The whole structure of society is to make you unconscious – to make you uncertain and insecure. When people are uncertain, they ask for somebody to guide them. As soon as this happens, they can be exploited. Why do you need to seek approval? Why do you need others to give you existence, health, peace, prosperity and freedom? You do so because you are uncertain of One-Self! This is the nature of our upbringing. However, everyone who portrays themselves as having authority also has power of you. If they approve of you, then you feel good. If they disapprove of you, then you feel bad. Can people actually have authority? No. They are all in the same boat as you – uncertain about One-Self.

Bring consciousness forward, and you will be able to change your circumstances. You will be alive and existential. There is only one moment, right now. The next moment of now is born from this moment of now. It is always uncertain. That is where real freedom is created and experienced. People who are grounded with their existential nature have no need for certainty. They will use their Infinite Consciousness and accept Existence as it IS, the absolute Oneness and be HEALTH.

I come across this September 11, 2009 article, “You’re not intelligent enough to marry, bride told” from Mail Online (UK’s news from the Daily Mail), where Scottish Social Services’ banned a woman from getting married as she was “not intelligent enough”

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1212867/Youre-intelligent-marry-bride-told.html#ixzz0Qqu4JaVP

‘Social workers banned a young woman from her own wedding in an extraordinary row over whether she is bright enough to get married. Kerry Robertson, who has mild learning difficulties, was told her wedding was being halted just 48 hours before she was to walk up the aisle with fiancé Mark McDougall. She now faces a psychologist’s assessment to determine if she is too unintelligent to get married.’

A social service is nothing more than power politics, a desire to exploit and be powerful over others. Every social system depends on exploitation. Serving others seems a great virtue, however when you add social in front of that service, it then becomes mischievous.

There is a common belief that social workers are servants for the people. In the country where my body was born (the Former Yugoslavia), I remember my mother and all her friends being very afraid of social workers. They could come at any time and take your children away – for no reason at all. If you expressed a negative comment regarding an authority figure, or joked about the communist party, you could be punished and have your children taken away from you. You became a threat, an unsuitable cancerous part of society. Why is that? You are the property of the state, that’s why. You are owned by society.

When I was eight years old, my aunt told me about a story of the wicked witch who snatched children away from their families and cooked them in a large pot of boiling water full of carrots. I asked her who the wicked witch was and she said it was like a social services worker. In that country where my body was born, in order to serve the people – to be a social worker – you had to belong to the communist party. If you belonged to a certain party, you were not serving the people, you were serving the party.

I lived in England for 10 years, and noticed how the people there were just as scared of social services as the people back in the Former Yugoslavia. One of my friends had a daughter who was five years old and when she injured the area surrounding her vagina; her father was disturbed by the thought of looking at the injury or even taking her to the doctor. When I asked him what the problem was, he said, “If I touch her vagina, she might talk to the other kids or even the teacher in Kindergarten or if I take her to the doctor, he may inform social services, who will immediately inform the police. Either way, I could be accused of sexual abuse.” I asked him why he cared when he knew he wasn’t doing anything wrong and he responded, “I know, but they don’t care. Once you are labeled by the authorities, they can come at any moment and take my daughter away from me.” I asked him what he ended up doing. He said, “I called my wife and asked her to come home immediately from work to look at the injury and take her to the doctor.” I said, “So, your wife came home then?” He said, “Yes, but she did not understand.” He went on to explain that his wife wondered why he had thought this was an emergency when he could have very easily taken care of it himself. He told her he had been afraid to handle the situation on his own. I could not believe what I was hearing. I said to him, “I understand your point, but I still don’t understand why you were – and still are – in fear? What is stopping you from being you? It seems you have an obligation to someone, or something, but to whom? Who is your master? Who is your owner?” After that conversation, he stopped all communication with me. I know why – I had challenged his consciousness.

People are following orders and fulfilling obligations placed upon them by the authorities. People are unconscious. If you are unconscious, you will submit to authority, which ultimately creates slavery. Read more about this topic under ‘Submission to the collective unconsciousness is slavery’,

Just recently, the UK Government introduced an immunization program for teenage girls, to protect them from the sexually transmitted human papillomavirus (HPV) which causes 70 per cent of cervical tumors. They vaccinated two million school girls, and two thousand of these girls suffered suspected ill-effects from this cervical cancer vaccine. Doctors’ reports show that girls of 12 and 13 years of age have experienced convulsions, fever and paralysis after being given this vaccine, which is now being administered in schools as part of an effort to prevent women from developing cancer. Others have suffered nausea, muscle weakness, dizziness and blurred vision, according to a special report drawn up by drug safety watchdogs:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/healthnews/6178045/Two-thousand-schoolgirls-suffer-suspected-ill-effects-from-cervical-cancer-vaccine.html

Society is a disease. Social workers don’t serve the people’s needs; they serve the social needs and their own needs. They cannot exist without doing ‘well’ to someone else; they cannot exist without serving others. We need to wake up and become more mature in consciousness. Society doesn’t exist; it is just a consensus reality which means we are all indoctrinated to believe in it, we all unconsciously agree to its existence. Individuals do exist, and only individuals exist. God is individual – the Oneness. The Oneness is expressing itself through the infinite pieces, and every single individual piece – in its own individual divine right and freedom – acts as the Oneness. We are all God. No social justice, social revolution or social service can replace the individual divinity.

How does the motto, “My work is to serve”, sound to you? This motto is full of arrogance: “I am serving you for your own sake” or in other words, “In serving you, I am saying that you are not intelligent, so trust me”.

Before you start serving anyone else, be absolutely humble. How can you serve anyone else unless you attain your own inner consciousness, your own inner being first? If you own your inner light, you will shine with love and compassion. You will help the person to educate his own being. Education means to draw out your essence, intelligence, love and your consciousness. You will help the person to be free, to be an individual. If you do not own your own ‘inner light’ you will create chaos, you will indoctrinate people. If you have a light within, naturally you will share it with the whole existence, but if you don’t, how can you share that which you don’t have?

When you eliminate society, the service will still exist. But that service will come from love – to love. Society cannot teach you love, it can only teach you fear. Fear can only serve fear. The ego-mind can only serve the ego-mind. In serving society, you are serving fear; you are possessed by the social ego-mind. You are not, however, your social-mind. You are divine. You can only serve your divine One Self, you can only serve your individual love and compassion, and then you can share it with others. That is real service. Sharing is the only service you can give to the world. Service, without society, is transformational. In service to love, there is no conflict, chaos, orders, submissions, obligations or duties; there is only love and freedom. If the person you are serving wishes to attain his/her own inner consciousness, their own inner divine light, they have every right to do so. If a person does not wish to open to their being, you have to respect this, for this person is the oneness wanting to experience limitation.

And, who are you to tell people that they are not intelligent? Society does not like intelligence – it likes intellect – it likes the mind. That is why the current education system is really just indoctrination, a suppression of our intelligence. Do you know your center? Intelligence is something that comes when you drop your intellect, your ego-mind. If you are really intelligent, you will put your mind where you put your shoes. The mind is just an instrument to be used, but not to be used by it.

If you are responding to your own inner consciousness, your being, you will discover love and compassion, and that is intelligence. If you are not aware of your love and compassion, you are not intelligent. You might be well educated, knowledgeable, popular, rich, respected and powerful, but if you are not aware of your own divine oneness in your being, then you are an ignorant individual.

A stupid person will say, “I know”; whereas an intelligent person will say, “I don’t know”. Do you see the difference? Move your attention to your own being. Acknowledge when you don’t know something. You are the unknown. The existence is unknown. The moment now is unknown. God is unknown. Pay attention to your inner unknown. The intelligence is diving with full consciousness into the unknown – with respect, gratitude, love and trust – with the fullness of your being. There is a transcendence of both the known and the unknown, where only stillness and silence prevails. That stillness is enlightenment. You can only attain that stillness in meditation.

Every child is born with intelligence, and almost ninety-nine percent of children lose this intelligence through social ‘education’. It is society that actually creates unintelligence. In fact, the whole education system blocks the flowing nature of no-mind, suppressing consciousness and denying divine existence. Instead of consciousness being divine, it becomes a utility. To be a utility is below dignity.

Intelligent people do not judge, criticize, condemn, punish or reward. An intelligent person does not function out of someone’s orders, ideas, ideals, conditions, obligations or duties – nor do they function out of their past experiences (social, cultural, national or religious past). The individual functions in the present moment of now. He/she does not react from the attached past or projected future, but responds from his/her own inner enlightened being. An intelligent person lives in the right moment of now, allowing his/her own heart to share the bliss of being, for being to being. The intelligent person is very responsive; not forcing anything upon the heart, but just allowing and supporting love and growth. We are all here to celebrate life, to be more blissful, ecstatically creative in celebration and intelligence.

Love is anti-social. When two lovers look into each other’s eyes, they are totally absorbed with one another, and don’t bother with what’s going on in the world around them. They do not follow orders, vote in polling stations or listen to presidents or prime ministers. They merge into each other – singing, dancing, loving – celebrating life. This is very disturbing for the social structure.

I would suggest that every prime minister, politician, judge, policeman, soldier, and social worker learn this meditation and only then – after attaining their being – should they be allowed to serve the people, not before.

Submission is the secret key to enlightenment. Submission means surrender – to surrender your false-self, your ego-mind, to the divine. You are not forced to do it; it is your own choice. It is your own free consciousness submitting illusions out of love and joy for being, out of your conscious understanding.

The truth cannot be surrounded. How can you submit your being? You can submit all that has been imposed upon you by others, imprinted on you by the unconscious crowd of believers, indoctrinated by society’s institutions, and forced upon you by the slave masters who are causing you to be fearful. If you are afraid of submitting your ego-mind (the compensation for lack of consciousness) to the divine, then you will submit your ego-mind to society’s norms and conditions and you will become a slave. In surrendering your ego-mind to society, you are submitting your consciousness to the darkness. You are splitting your reality into two, setting the stage for projection of constant struggle and conflict between the two sides. This surrender means that someone or something else is commanding you. You will end up either becoming a follower who believes in justice, peace, love and freedom, or become fearful of terrorist attacks, anthrax, global warming, swine flu, the collapse of the economic system, etc., etc. You will swing back and forth from either believing in the collective projection of good or the collective fear of bad. You will never enquire about real love and freedom; you will just become obedient and follow the rules and regulations. This hurts; terribly hurts. This is the basic reason for the general state of global disease, illness, pain, suffering and stress. It hurts your individual being, and most importantly, hurts your inner respect and freedom. This submission is actually suppressed creativity, and it is destructive. With destructiveness, there is a disappearance of the sense of responsibility for your own life. This lack of inner responsibility in submitting the illusion to the real is the most far-reaching consequence of your submission to society, your obedience, and your slavery to authority.

Society teaches submission to authority, which ultimately creates slavery. Every slave is dependent on its master, leader, politician, doctor, priest, teacher, and so on. Slaves are very convenient people. They never create any trouble; they are obedient. Every social system has an ideology, a belief, that the individual has to be sacrificed for the sake of the collective. How many people have sacrificed their lives in wars for the sake of society? For those people, society is all there is, i.e. “What can I do? I have to die.” So many people die protecting their beliefs, or kill to protect their beliefs, or are killed by not changing their beliefs. There is so much bloodshed and killing in this reality as a result of this submission. How many people die due to submitting their ‘being’ to a doctor’s ignorance, guesswork, theory or belief?

While writing this blog, I came across a September 6, 2009 article from The Sunday Times, entitled “Question a doctor and lose your child” http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/life_and_style/health/article6823345.ece

PARENTS are being threatened with having their children taken into care after questioning doctors’ diagnoses or objecting to their medical care.

Cases are emerging across the UK:

The mother of a 13-year-old girl who became partly paralysed after being given a cervical cancer vaccination says social workers have told her the child may be removed if she (the mother) continues to link her condition with the vaccination.

A couple had all six of their children removed from their care after they disputed the necessity of an invasive medical test on their eldest daughter. Doctors, who suspected she might have had a blood disease, called for social services to obtain an emergency protection order, although it was subsequently confirmed that she was not suffering from the condition. The parents were still considered unstable, and all their children were taken from them.

A single mother whose teenage son is terminally ill and confined to a wheelchair has been told he is to become the subject of a care order after she complained that her local authority’s failure to provide bathroom facilities for him has left her struggling to maintain sanitary standards.”

Ask yourself this question, “Can I refuse and resist an order from the authorities to be vaccinated against the swine flu?” Can you refuse and resist any government laws that require you to submit to forced vaccines and drugs. Are you going to comply?

Attachment is the resistance. You are resisting your consciousness to flow freely and express yourself as the divine. Attachment is the fear. The fear is the separation from love. If people are afraid, then they are ready to submit, ready to be slaves. Fear is a psychological process of separation from the real One Self. Saying no to One Self is, in the ego-mind, attachment. The ego-mind is resisting the change. Then, you are no longer responsible – you are leaving it all up to someone else. Attachment is the ignorance. If you are ignorant, you will remain a servant. If you do not know about the inherent divine nature within you, then you will function as a subordinate. Once you know your divinity, you will have a totally different viewpoint. You will be more open, have a clearer perception, and you will not surrender to the objective reality. In fact, you will not surrender to anyone or anything other than the divine. If you do surrender your illusions to the divine, then you will be free, you will be enlightened.

Ignorance means to ignore the truth; it means to live a lie. You are the truth, so ignorance does not know your real nature. Forced submission to any social, political, or military authority is to destroy the human dignity, to cut the roots from within you so you don’t question or exercise your freedom, individuality or consciousness. This submission has always been done in conjunction with ignorance. When you are afraid, lost and trembling inside, you have lost your own ability to trust or to change your situation. You have ignored that which has always been present in you – your natural, existential One Self. Miserable people are always ready to obey, ready to fall into anyone’s mad trap. Miserable people are ignorant.

You can submit to society or you can rebel, however you will still remain controlled by society. Submission-resistance, or obedience-disobedience, is the same part of a duality that is controlled by the collective unconsciousness. Authority can force you into submission, it can create a robot, make you a slave, but it cannot win your heart. Submit all illusions to your heart and you will be able to surrender in love. Surrendering without love is to surrender out of your fear. Love is divine. Fear is the separation from the oneness. Fear is the ego-mind. Surrender the ego-mind to the oneness and you will be free, you will be love. Love is enlightenment.

In order to be an individual, to be a free being, you have to follow your own nature – you have to come into a deep accordance with existence and become in tune with your wholeness. The only way to attain that oneness is through awareness. Do not submit yourself to anyone or anything, do not fight, do not resist. Submit everything you are attached to, and surrender everything that comes and goes, to your heart. That is real surrender. The heart will dissolve it. Love will come. Love is readiness to merge with the existence, readiness to be the oneness. Your obstacles, fences, attachments, identifications, possessiveness, resistance, suppression, misery, disease, suffering, your unconsciousness, will all dissolve. All that you are attached to is just an illusion. Submit your attachments, and your illusions to the heart and the divine will bless you with infinite bliss.

My physical body was born in the former Yugoslavia in 1962, but not me. I was never born and I will never die. I have a relationship with my body, but not with the place where my body was born. The country known as Yugoslavia was a Fairyland, Fantasyland, Castle in the Sky; a Utopia of whimsical vision that was created by geo-political, socio-engineers from dark corners of the sociopath collective mind. We can call this collective mind, ‘social collective unconsciousness’, ‘reptilian ego-mind’, or the ‘illuminati social order’. This country collapsed from inside forces that were controlling it by New World Order puppets that created the country in the first place. At that time, I started to awaken to my bodilessness. I disconnected from physical abstractions, society patterning, and consequently started disconnecting from my past unconscious patterns. I came to realize that no system can be true to reality. All systems are just fabrications of the collective mind, its thoughts, ideas, theories, belief systems, verbalizations, interpretations, repetitions, memories and projections. That’s how every system is born, the pathology of the ego-mind needs to repeat the same known reality, and control that reality eternally.

Now that I know I am not my social mind, my collective ego-mind, and I am not my body, I now know who I am. I am nothing and I am nobody! Society has nothing to do with my being; they did not create my being. My physical father and mother did not give birth to my being; I have been since the beginning of time, and I will be after the end of time (if there is any beginning or any end). Even to say that ‘I am’ is to be some-thing and some-body. The Infinite Consciousness IS! The consciousness in my being was not born in Yugoslavia, or in the physical body called Ivan Rados. The physical body of Ivan Rados was born in the Infinite Consciousness. The Infinite Consciousness is expressing itself in individual experiences of being Ivan Rados. The physical birth through my mother and my father was not the birth of ‘my’ consciousness. The physical birth was just a necessity, a requirement to provide a possibility of giving real birth to One-self. The real birth is out of the social ego-mind and all its imprints, structures, thoughts and attachments. Thinking was borrowed by others. It knows nothing beyond birth and death. The mind exists between birth and death. That means, in order to give One-Self a real birth, the consciousness has to go beyond all mind.

Since as far back as I can remember, when I was in my child body, I used to twist my right ankle one several times a month. I was very independent and quite a wild child. I would spend all day long out in the wilderness near our home, running free, climbing trees, playing in the rain, getting dirty, and not having a care in the world whatsoever. The twisted ankle did not bother me at all. Sometimes, I would stay at home for a few days so my swollen ankle could heal. My grandma would slice an onion, sprinkle salt on it and apply this onion to my ankle. After a day or so, I would be ready to get back into jumping over rocks again. That twisted ankle continued to create a problem into my adulthood.

In 1992, the war broke out in Yugoslavia. That very same year, I moved my physical body to Leeds, England. How did this come about? One month before the war broke out, I received an intuitive signal that the collapse of an artificial system would soon be taking place, and that I would have to act Now and leave the country. I wanted to go somewhere; anywhere, it didn’t matter where. My mind was very optimistic though and wanted me to stay. It kept reminding me of my family, friends, reputation and respect I had gained in the community, along with all the possessions I owned. The main argument with the mind was, ‘If I move somewhere else, I will have to start over again from the beginning’. My intuition to change, however, was stronger than my intellectual, logical and rational attachments.

In England, the twisting of my right ankle continued, even while walking on flat surfaces. I visited a few podiatrists, osteopaths and other specialists. After many examinations, the medical experts could still not find anything wrong. The only recommendation I received from the specialists was, ‘Be more careful when walking’, which means ‘Be in fear’. One doctor asked me, ‘Why do you twist your ankle?’ I told him, ‘I don’t twist my ankle. I don’t have any control over it. If I had any control over it, then I wouldn’t twist it. I am not a masochist, but my mind is. So, if you say there is nothing wrong physically with my ankle, and I trust your expertise, then it seems that the entire problem is in my mind. You see, I am not my mind, so since I am not twisting my ankle, then the mind is twisting it, right? Why? I have lived in this body for 35 years, and had approx. 100 twists of the ankle per year, so it seems logical that something -or somebody in my mind – doesn’t want me to break the ankle. Maybe it wants me to suffer, or is it reminding me about something I have to be aware of, heal, harmonize, understand, or what? Logically, the mind! There is no one else in my reality, apart from my thoughts. You see, the thoughts are all around, jumping and confusing. I don’t own my mind, it owns me. You have to understand, the mind is not mine; I don’t own it and cannot control it. My mind is collective mind; it controls me. It belongs to collective Yugoslavian mind, and that mind belongs to an international creditors’ mind, and they belong to the Illuminati mind, and the Illuminati mind belongs to the ‘Wizard of Oz’. The great Wizard represents a collective unconsciousness. I don’t have any control over it. It wants to control me. It represents my dysfunctional family, dysfunctional country, my hopelessness, my failures, my frustrations, and my fear. Do you have any control over your mind, doctor? The collective mind functions through the lowest common denominator. It is an instrument to control my consciousness, and my consciousness is clinging to it. So, I have to do something. What can I do? There is no other way but to disconnect from the mind. But, in order to disconnect, I have to understand the mechanical parts of it, its strengths and its weaknesses’. I was almost on fire, burning with passion and determination to find out the reason for the frustrating state of my being; the ankle was just another reminder. I must have sounded pretty insane to the poor doctor. He then responded, ‘It seems that there is nothing I can do about your ankle, and neither can you. You have to live with its weakness for the rest of your life. If we had found some physical evidence, we might have found a cure, but in the meantime, I would suggest you seek the help of a psychiatrist or psychologist. The trauma from the war in your country has created bitterness in you’. I gave him a big smile, warm hug and said, ‘You are right, my mind is in madness, and I need to find a cure for it’.

After his visit, I was contemplating what he had said and he was right on one account – trauma. But that trauma was not from the war in my country. I don’t have any country, I did not have one before, and I will never have one afterwards. I did not experience any trauma from the war, because I did not experience one (war). I did not listen to my mind argument which was attempting to induce me to stay and be optimistic. If I had stayed, my life would have taken another road with all kinds of other experiences, and I can only assume they would not have been very pleasant. Then from where did the trauma come from – my childhood? I could not connect the dots between the experiences of my dysfunctional family with the twisting of my right ankle. The more I contemplated it, the more confused I became. I was lost in thinking. I had to draw the line and stop thinking, to decide to listen to my intuition. My intuition was stronger than the power of the mind. Intuition was telling me that ‘to be an optimist, one would have to gather the energy of pessimism: be open, receptive, without any belief systems or logical conclusions.’ I sensed the trauma was imprinted in my mind from some event, or experience that was stored from the past that I was not aware of. I knew I could not stop thinking, but I could be more attentive and aware. I could witness the thoughts and maybe in between two thoughts, my consciousness could guide me through the intuition and heal me. Consequently, the only solution would be to witness consciousness and patiently wait.

Then, I started to have an intuitive urge to go to Egypt, to enter the Kings Chamber in the Kofu Pyramid, and to meditate in front of the Step Pyramid in the Dakar Saqqara Desert. I did not have a clue why I needed to go to Egypt and I also didn’t have the money to travel. I decided to listen to the intuition and wait until the right time arrived. In 2001, I emigrated from Leeds, North England in the U.K. to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and continued to twist my ankle. This time, the ankle was becoming very painful and severely swollen. Almost every month, I would be bed-ridden for 5-6 days or more, and not be able to walk. The urge to go to Egypt started etching deep in my soul, but the ‘right time’ still hadn’t come yet. On May 29, 2005, during my usual morning meditation, I received the message from One-Self, ‘there is no future. The right time is right NOW”. I opened my eyes with a revelation. What am I waiting for? I have to go NOW. The moment I come to the realization that the mechanical ticking clock is the mind stopping me to follow my intuition; everything started happening so fast, easily and effortlessly, in miraculous flow in the moment. Then, in September 2005, I was in Egypt for 12 days. I entered the Kings Chamber, went to the most important temples along the Nile River, and had a stunning journey. This does not compare, however, to the dazzling vision I had while meditating in front of the Step Pyramid in the Saqqara Desert. In that vivid inner revelation, I saw myself walking with the help of two sticks, having broken the right ankle. Actually, the ankle had been injured by a sword from a drunken Macedonia soldier. I was a High Priest in the turbulent and troublesome times which was just on the verge of the collapse of the last Dynasty, as part of the Old Kingdom. The kings ruled from Memphis, since their pyramids were placed at Saqqara. In approximately 332 BC, the Macedonian empire expanded into Egypt with the arrival of Alexander the Great, and known Egypt was death. In that vision, I lived my entire life in Memphis in fast forward motion, witnessing the war, the collapse of the empire and the disintegration of my mind attachments to the ‘sacred’ and ‘holy’ position of High Priest.

I came home from my trip totally intoxicated by the whole experience. I had daily flashbacks and my dreams were flooded with memories of all kinds of relevant and irrelevant details about that past life. Approximately six or seven months after my journey to Egypt, my beloved Lana, asked me, ‘did you notice something interesting about your ankle?’ I was no longer twisting my right ankle. Today is May 29, 2009 (the same date four years ago, when I received the message that ‘the right time is right now’), and I have not twisted my ankle since. I did not heal my ankle. I healed a big trauma that was stuck in my mind which bothered my body and was stopping my consciousness from being present in the moment. Right now, I don’t see this ’Phantom Memory’ as something negative. This ‘phantom memory’ served the purpose, and I am very grateful for it. It provided me with so many experiences and an understanding about the mechanism of the collective ego-mind, which has helped me to remember my own individual oneness. Even to say that ‘I’ healed the trauma from my previous lifetime in Saqqara stuck in my mind, and this is to give the credit for the healing to my mind. Consciousness is health. Health is total acceptance of All-That-Is. When you are in consciousness, you are automatically allowing, accepting and going through any experiences without mind conclusions or possessiveness. There is no mind to stop the energy flow of the consciousness harmonizing and expanding the being. Therefore, with consciousness, there is no way to experience disharmony, separation, and fragmentation; and consequently, there is no possibility to get stuck in traumas, difficulties, disorders, or diseases.

When the physical death comes, the body is ready to dissolve to the earth, but if the mind is still active, if there is no consciousness in it, if there is only the repetitive, known, and familiar thoughts, then the mind is still dominant over being. If the mind content is still obstructing the consciousness, then that same mind will come back again in the same 3D reality. The mind will incarnate again, creating the same situations, the same circumstances, the same experiences to claim the ownership. The mind is a library of knowledge, experiences, dreams, desires and memories. In the event of the body death, the mind will choose another womb to continue where it stops with the death of the previous body. Every child in a mother’s womb is blissful, but the child is unaware of it. For nine months the consciousness is resting from traumatic experiences from previous lifetimes, doing nothing. Consciousness is a potential, waiting for the opportunity to actualize itself. For nine months, in a mother’s womb, consciousness is in total rest, relaxation, never wanting or lacking anything. All was provided for the existence, represented by a natural urge of the mother to care for the baby. And, suddenly, the first trauma appears; the mind opens its eyes and clings to the physical mother and secondly to itself. The ego-mind was born again. The rebirth is of the mind, the same reality of the time and the space. From the womb up until now, the mind develops its ego to the original state it had before it left the previous body. The ego-mind carried within its being the layers and layers of personalities, all created by the collective mind. We have grown, but the past, the experiences, and the memories have not disappeared. They are hidden, not only in the mind but even in the body. The mind cannot exist without the body.

In India, they burn the body so that the mind is not able to enter into the old body. The mind is always clinging to the old and is in fear of the new. Therefore, if you burn the body, the mind has to choose a new fresh body, and not be a zombie. Only the bodies of enlightened souls are not burned in India. They are preserved in a special grave called a Samadhi. This is the same word they use to describe enlightenment. A Preserved enlightened body functions as a medium, so people who require help can be in contact with enlightened souls melted into the whole.

We can separate our body into four layers. The first body is the dense, physical body. The second is the vital, more subtle body made of electricity, of energy. The third body is a more subtle psychic body, the mind. The fourth is the final, the subtlest of all, the consciousness. The fourth layer is not a layer, but an infinite aspect of nothingness, so there is no-body to obstruct its infinity. The whole point of indoctrination (called Education) is to socially engineer society, and control the consciousness by placing the third body, the mind, in between the first and second body, between the physical and electrical. The real nature of the mind is to be open, fluid, unobstructed, a hollow bamboo for the consciousness to go through. To experience itself in infinite possibilities through energy, allowing and accepting the physical manifestation of the existence and to come back to itself, to nothingness – from the psychical, through to an energetic empty mind, to the whole. The mind is in ignorance, in repression of the fourth, the consciousness, clogging the entrance with clouds of thoughts, images, impressions, desires, and attachments, therefore the light cannot go through. Consequently, the whole point of social engineering is to stop the consciousness flowing in the free mind, and create a clinging to the psychical. That is the story of Lucifer who wanted to be God in service of self. With the consciousness, the whole social conditioning and control would collapse. As a result, God did not create reincarnation, the Lucifer unconsciousness, the ‘Wizard of Oz’, the social collective mind created it. The mind carries the blueprint for the physical. While dying, or even before, we are already planning where to go, and what to do. We already have big plans for the next life. The fantasy in the mind is working fully. God did not push you to enter the womb, it was your decision.

I trust my intuition unconditionally. Intuitive knowingness is always before doubting thoughts. It is a bridge between individual consciousness and Infinite Consciousness, or the lower self and the higher One-Self. Intuition is always infallible; it always directs us in the right course of action in being. ‘Tuition’ means somebody else is giving you information; intuition means there is nobody to give you anything. It is growing within consciousness. And, because it was not given to you by anybody, there is no way you can explain it or put it into words. Once you put the intuition into words, it is not consciousness but calculative ego-mind. For months and months, I was trying to explain the healing of my ankle with logic, with my rational mind, but my intuition proved to me that the healing was beyond all logic, explanation or reasoning. It was a miracle of ordinary divine existence. It was consciousness itself!

If you look at the world and feel that everything is the same, it shows that you have an old mind, you are just a zombie. It is not a question of the world being old; the mirror is the question. If the mirror is clear, then the world is fresh and new. If the mirror is dusty or foggy, then there is a distorted vision, and how can the world be an exciting place to be?

Health. It’s All about Consciousness.

We are all largely unaware of the tremendous force, even more powerful than any known energy, contained within each one of us. As long as this powerful inner energy lies undiscovered, our life is meant to remain fragmented, meaningless, and purposeless, we will remain to be the victims to our mental/emotional/physical stresses, depressions and diseases.

Every exploration of the human conditioning is leading to self-discovery, and its results are verifiable through our own observation and experience. We each possess within ourselves all the answers to our own existential questions and problems. No matter how confused, distorted, ill, or deluded we may be, we all hold the infinite potential to live our lives fully and infinitely healthy.

The underlying and essential existential nature of our being is health.

The words ‘holism’, ‘healing’, ‘holy’ come from the word ‘whole’. To be healed means to be the Whole. It means to be in touch with one’s own multidimensionality and interconnectedness. To be healthy means to experience One-Self as part of the Whole, the Infinite Consciousness, and the Infinite Oneness. To be unhealthy means to be disconnected from the Whole; to experience One-Self as being separate and linear.

Everybody is born with possibility to remain healthy and happy, but something is missing and everybody becomes unhealthy and unhappy. Health is natural, illness is unnatural. Illness is an indication that you are separated from your existential nature.

But if we have not uncovered and not contacted the quality of health within One-Self, we will see and experience Self, not as One, but as separate, and we will see ourselves and everything and everybody else as limited and in diseases.

We are all infinitely healthy in this moment now.

The Infinite Health is within the Being. You cannot find or create the health; it is not outside of you. Health is inside of your being. You have to be One-Self in order to be Health. But we are all choosing to experience the limitations and disease, we are all choosing to separate the One from the Self, in order to learn and experience, in order to Re-member and expand our real existential nature.

The ultimate goal of our individual evolution is to experience the fulfillment in infinite health and enlightenment. The infinite health can be achieved by everyone, when all the illusions – stress, greed, hatred, ignorance, diseases, and unconsciousness – presently obscuring and existing in our mind have been completely accepted and consequently disconnected from One-Self. When you remove the rock, the spring will flow. The ultimate goal is complete fulfillment of full awakening. The full awakening is characterized by clarity of perception, unlimited knowingness, unconditional compassion, and infinite flowing health from you, through you to you and consequently to others. When you are health, you will vibrate health to others.

The path of fulfillment is the healing process of cleansing our mind as the only source of all misery, illnesses, diseases and suffering; of all its faults, delusions, projections, separations and limitations and developing in their place the qualities of emptiness as love and compassion.

Health is not somewhere in the future or somewhere in distance hidden that you have to travel and find it. Health is waiting in each and every one of us, to acknowledge, accept and be. Health is in moment of now. That is where the Existence IS. Health is your existential nature, your being and your Infinite Consciousness. The Infinite Consciousness is the moment of now. You can only be health now. To be Infinite Health, now, depends on the choice you make, now. There is only one choice. That choice is TO BE. Not to be is not your choice, it is a choice imposed by others. But we are all burdened with misconceptions and limitations imposed by early perceptual concepts, imprints and beliefs in linear and 3D consensus reality, and we don’t know what choice to make. We are all separated from now, and consequently are in conflict with One-Self, others and Existence. We are all blocking the flow of Existence by placing the rocks in others, and others are allowing rocks to block the flow of health within. That is the reason for diseases.

Each one of us is a perfect union of the Infinite Energy of Oneness in this moment now, whether you are aware of that or not. Everything we need in order to be health is already in this very moment right now. It is simply a matter of allowing, accepting and going through with everything we experience in order to expand our consciousness and re-connect to Infinite Health in the infinite moment now. It is simply matter of removing matter in order TO BE.

THE INFINITE CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE WHOLE EXISTENCE

The Infinity is the Existence expressing It-Self through the Consciousness Infinitely. The Infinite Consciousness is experiencing the Existence in Infinite Life. We are all the Existence, individually experiencing the infinite possibilities in One Life and sharing It with our Consciousness. One Life has many expressions of Infinite Existence and every expression is the right One. Every Consciousness is right, because it is coming from One source of All That Is, the Oneness.

We are all responsible for our individual Existence and consequently for the Whole. We are all together to hold Our-Selves responsible for our own Consciousness, and the content it holds, and the energy it transmits. We are all together as the Oneness to be creative and meditative. To radiate a sphere of influence. To affect not only those we call immediate family, but also rippling out to influence our reality and all beings in it, and all other realities in Existence..

You are an inseparable part of the Oneness and the Oneness always unquestionably shares. The sharing is the quality of your being. The more you share something, the more this grows within you. Be afraid of sharing; be in the energy of possessiveness and the Infinite Energy of Oneness will start shrinking, and cutting the connection.

The Whole loves you infinitely, and if you decide to be separated, the Infinity has to listen and relate with respect. The existence is Oneness, it moves infinitely and gives unconditionally to everyone, to everything equally. The Law of One is sharing infinitely through the Unified Energy Field.

The Law of One is the Unified Energy Field in constant flow of all visible and invisible energies from all levels of this reality and all other realities, all dimensions and all densities in this moment of now. The Unified Energy Field is the expression of ‘the Infinite Energy of Oneness’, in all directions, sharing to all and expanding through the Whole. This is the field of all possibilities. The One Energy is available to you any moment by virtue of your existence.

Oneness contains all the pieces and all the parts. On the periphery of the Existence are the many. Within the centre, the many begin to dissolve and Oneness. At the centre, all the pieces and parts – everything and no-thing – become One. The world contains many. Your being is both everything and no-thing. Your being is the One.The One Is The All, And The All Are The One.

From our limited perception, we see the world and our being as two different states. The mind thinks in an either/or fashion, it creates division. The mind cannot exist without duality. It needs to separate Oneness. The whole point of meditation is to understand the process of how our mind functions. When you are aware of the mechanism of your mind, you will realize what Oneness is, what health is. Without the mind, there is no barrier between your being and the Oneness.

Oneness cannot be existential, because it doesn’t contain non-existence. Oneness cannot be bliss, because it doesn’t contain misery. Oneness cannot be consciousness, because it doesn’t contain unconsciousness. Oneness is not any of these; but it is all of these – and even more. To define Oneness is useless. We would have to use opposites and Oneness transcends opposites. Behind all duality is the Oneness of BEING, the Infinite Whole. To attain Oneness, duality has to be dropped. “I can exist only in my separation, but I am no longer separated. Be IN the world, but not OF the world. Therefore, if I am no longer separated, I am not, only Oneness IS”.

We are called human being. Human stands for nature and being stands for Consciousness. Like a lotus plant, trusting its own Existence and opening its seed in total darkness of the mood, rising up, growing and trusting its nature, and finally expressing It-Self as a lotus flower. Lotus flower is experiencing life in full life-force as the Whole Existence.

We all have the possibility to move from our animal kingdom to our full fulfillment – the Being. The Being is the Whole Existence.

We are all together in this journey called One Life. We all have individual Consciousness and every individual Consciousness is the One Infinite Consciousness. We all share the same One Life and the same Existence. We are all experiencing the Oneness with-in our Consciousness. Lets us all learn from each other in our One Journey called One Life, aligning One-Self with the Infinite Universe and start living a balanced, Conscious and infinite One Life.

Let go.
Do nothing.
Be aware.
Don’t resist.
Everything will change.
It always does.

Close your eyes.
Feel your body.
Breathe slowly and evenly.
Look inside with your total consciousness.
Go deeper and deeper inside your inner being, your centre.
Your centre is the centre of the existence.
Your centre is Oneness.
Acknowledge that centre. Accept that centre. Be that centre.
The centre of the existence is now. Only now is real, everything else is illusion.
You are the witness of the infinite now.
Witness your body, your mind, your emotions, your feelings.
Witness the witness and dissolve.
There is only eternal Oneness, everything else is changing, transforming into something else. Only Oneness remains in the eternal moment, now.
Be the Oneness.
Remember the witness when you open your eyes, and don’t leave Oneness behind.
The Oneness is stillness and silence. Silence is your home. Take it everywhere where you go.
Be the witness and silence will follow you everywhere.
Live your life and take care of nothing.

Meditation on emptiness/nothingness means to meditate ‘without content’. To our mind, emptiness appears like death. The mind fears death, and so it will fill up with thoughts, images, dreams, illusions – anything at all. In your centre, you are no-thingness. You are an infinitely blissful and joyful space of silence. You are neither the body nor the mind. You are Infinite Consciousness. Meditation is the process of taking away all objects which are ‘objecting’ you. It is emptying the content which you hold inside.

When you meditate on emptiness/nothingness, you will live a true life; you will enjoy it, love it, and be it. You will be able to carry that emptiness with you, everywhere. There will no longer be thoughts about the self and others; no contemplation around situations; no concentration on specific objects – only awareness. If you are walking, there is only walking. If you are sitting, there is only sitting. If you are talking, there is only talking. If you are looking, there is only looking.

At first, it might seem difficult. However, the more you are aware of your chattering mind, and the emptiness beyond, the more effect this meditation will have. Beyond every noise there is only silence. Beyond every object there is only emptiness. You need to see, experience, and sense everything as emptiness – your body, thoughts, people, objects, sensations – everything as being empty. You are always surrounded by emptiness, both on the inside and the outside. Everything is empty; your witnessing creates the fullness. When all attachments disappear, and all your desires are gone – when there is no longer anything to witness – then the witness will become the witness. When there is nothing left to see, the witness will effortlessly begin to witness itself. When there is nothing left to meditate upon, you are in pure meditation. You are the Infinite Consciousness.

You Cannot Do Meditation; It Is Something You Have To Be.

First, sit down. Eliminate any discomfort, anything which might make the body feel uncomfortable. Remain immobile. If the body is not moving, the mind is not moving. The body and mind are linked together. Notice any stress in your body, particularly in the muscles. They are the body’s shield and usually carry the most tension. Tension in the body comes from tension in the mind. When you relax the body, the mind will relax.

Second, breathe naturally. Then take a really deep breath from the bottom of your lungs, slowly and effortlessly – don’t gasp. Hold it for a couple of seconds, and exhale very, very slowly. Exhale any tension. Breathe this way as many times as you want.

Third, just look. You can open or close your eyes. If you decide to keep your eyes open, then you might look at an empty horizon, or tree, or a wall. If your eyes are closed, then look at the blackness of your interior. Do not direct your attention to anything. Remain receptive, open and aware. If you do this meditate daily, the moment will come when you will witness the one who is witnessing. You will witness the witness and dive into nothingness.

At the beginning, there will be many things to distract you. You will feel sleepy, or you will dream, or think, or feel … Things will happen and the mind will start doubting. It will say, “This is silly. I have so many unfinished things to do. I am just wasting my time. I have to get up and ‘do’ something.” Remember, this meditation is about doing nothing. Don’t be bothered by the mind. Just listen and do nothing.

With Nothing To Do, And Nowhere To Go, You Will Arrive Home.

Meditate, but don’t hold it to yourself. Meditate. Discover the delight in connecting with your inner self and share this light with others. Don’t hoard this delight. Give it away. Release it. The more you give, the more you will receive. Holding the delight to yourself is selfishness. Delight does not belong to you. You are experiencing it, but it is not yours. It is the energy of the Whole and needs to be released back to the Whole. Everyone and everything is part of this Wholeness. They now need this delight more than you. Express it by giving it compassionately away.

Meditate daily, hourly, infinitely. Take a quiet moment and sit or lie down, or assume any position that will give you comfort and allow you to relax. If you are hyperactive and can’t stand being passive, you can actively bring an internal listening, observing and witnessing awareness to everything you are doing. Do not act unconsciously, in a machine-like manner. Always maintain awareness of yourself. This will still give you the same glimpse of being in the moment as a quiet, “formal” meditation.

Remember, although it is easy to become discouraged, do not give up. Be patient and vigilant at all times.
