There are not many books that can be called illuminating by both the public and healers, but this one is able to reach both levels.  The writing is so clear and delightful that you feel like you are connecting the dots in a children’s playbook.  He guides the reader into accomplishing the seemingly evasive ability to be in “the Still Now.”  For years, people were taught that intention was the key to getting their dream life, but the word “attention” should be substituted. 

 But you are not thrown out on a fluffy cloud to sit and meditate.  Rados provides concrete tools that teach the readers to achieve this infinite oneness with the Universe, and find optimum health.  Instead of focusing on what you do, whether it’s your job, your family role, your accumulation of wealth, Rados turns your focus inward, using the Chakras. The process is so simple that you might wonder how the transformation is possible. A Buddhdist monk said, “What you have come to this temple to receive cannot be gained through understanding. It can only be realized through experience.”

 Note, for you skeptics. The book correlates the chakra system with scientific knowledge of human health.  He even uses medical insights to show how the chakras may be linked to the glandular system.
