WATCH THE MIND
Can you control the mind? Can you stop the mind? No! The mind is faster than the speed of light. Do not fight the mind. The mind lives in conflict. Let it go as far and as fast as it wants to, whenever and wherever it wants to go.
Watch the mind! Do nothing to it! Befriend it! Enjoy it! But, be very alert! Do not go with the mind! Do not be the mind; otherwise it will ditch you somewhere. It is always in a hurry to take your consciousness in far, faraway fantasy places.
The mind exists only if you continuously search for something: for love, happiness, appreciation, respect, desires, etc. For in searching, you are moving into the future. Searching creates dreams. The mind is rushing towards the stars and coming back. It moves from here to there; jumping all over the place, but not being present in the now. It is afraid of the moment right now.
By watching the mind, you are being attentive, not in attention. Be careful! The mind needs your attention; it is absorbing all your energy through it. Be attentive, alert, watchful and all life energy will move into the moment of now and the mind will cancel itself. Accept the mind by being attentive!
Be aware! The mind will eventually slow down and at one point, in the moment of now, it will commit suicide. It has to. Do not fight the mind. Accept it! Meditation means being the silent witness. When you are not travelling anywhere, you are not on any journey to find missing or needed pieces of your illusionary self; you are at home within your being.
You are consciousness. You are the existence. Your existence is the whole divine existence. By watching the mind, and being aware of the consciousness, you are doing nothing to the mind and therefore, not supplying energy to it.
The earth spins by itself, the sun shines by itself and the grass grows on its own. Who is the master -Consciousness or the mind?

‘Yantra meditation helps us clear the content of our consciousness so it can become a pure mirror, reflecting without interpreting. All That Is exists infinitely in this emptiness, this no-thing-ness. When the mirror of our consciousness is left without any content, this is enlightenment’
