WITNESS YOUR THOUGHTS

WITNESS YOUR THOUGHTS

When you go beyond the mind you will be conscious of great uniqueness. In that self- remembering, all inferiority evaporates. When the mind is not, where are the thoughts, where is that 'I'? In the interval between thoughts, there is real comprehension, nothing to compare with, the real understanding of who you are.

Pay attention. When the mind doesn't exist, comprehension and not comprehension are true. When the mind exists, comprehension and non comprehension are the error, so how can the knowledge be true in the mind existence? How can you include the truth in your thinking? When you comprehend something, this reality depends on your choices. All choices are thoughts. When you don't comprehend anything, you don't compare, you only depend on the choice-less moment of now. The choice-less now is the wholeness. When this reality requires your support, that what is not real becomes real in your mind. When you require the support of now, everything becomes true, be- cause everything is emptiness. Thus, the consciousness doesn't rely on the mind to look for reality, or the reality to look for your mind. Both reality and the mind are empty in the consciousness because the consciousness is always now.

THE SOUL

THE SOUL

The English word ‘soul’ may have originated from Old English ‘sawol’, which has possible etymological links with an old German word ‘se(u)la’, which means: belonging to the sea or perhaps, “living water”.

The soul is the immortal essence of all beings, the innermost guide and true leader of our existence, an Infinite Universe squished in Human shape. The Soul is in all living things, an entire universe with a unified consciousness. Soul is non-dualistic, the vital, immaterial, eternal, immeasurable, connected with all other souls in the Infinite Universe.

THE beauty of the soul is expressed as compassion, and compassion is the extension of inner beauty, of Loving Awareness.

MEDITATION METHODS

TETHOS - ORIGIN: from Middle French methode, from Latin methodus, “way of teaching or going,” from Greek methodus, “scientific inquiry, method of inquiry,” originally “pursuit, following after,” from meta- “after,” “a traveling, way.”

Meditation requires a method to go into a spaceless whole. Love doesn’t require any method because it involves total surrender to the whole and in a sense is a methodless approach. The method of meditation isn’t the meditation. However, a meditation method can be tremendously helpful in achieving a meditative state.

A Double-Arrowed Attentiveness

A Double-Arrowed Attentiveness

The mind is always looking through its own projection and concluding that it’s both the effect and the cause. Remember, the effect is always decided by the cause.

This is the methodless method: disconnect from the cause, and your being won’t be affected. In meditation, cause and effect aren’t two, but are undivided. In meditation, the egg is the chicken, and the chicken is the egg.

Laugh at Yourself

Laugh at Yourself

Laughing often for no reason at all is considered to be madness by others. The mind demands a reason to laugh, for it needs something objective in order to be joyful. In society, if you laugh for no reason too much, you may be locked away in a psychiatric ward.

Listening to the Soundless

Listening to the Soundless

Every sound you make, every sound you hear, every sound you experience comes from the silence within. Every sound resonates, then returns back to silence.

We are all influenced by repetitive mind mantras but aren’t aware of them. What is a mantra? A mantra is a method of concentration, which isn’t the same as meditation. A mantra can prepare the ground for meditation, but it isn’t meditation. There’s nothing wrong with a mantra if you use it with awareness. There’s nothing wrong with thoughts and words if you use them with awareness. Use words to slip into silence. Be aware and leave the words behind, leave the thoughts, leave the mind. Just jump into the abyss.
