Ivan Rados, a multifaceted artist and healer, embarked on an extraordinary journey that led him from the cultural richness of England to the pristine wilderness of British Columbia, Canada. Between 1992 and 2001, he established himself as an internationally recognized artist in England, with doors of success opening wide to every corner of his chosen field. Yet, beneath this outward achievement, a deeper intuition beckoned him toward uncharted horizons. In 1996, an inner voice guided him to Vancouver, a call he could not ignore, despite the apparent stability of his life. With unwavering faith in this inner guidance, he and his wife, Lana, a scientifically oriented psychotherapist, made the bold decision to emigrate in 2001, leaving behind prosperous careers to start anew on another continent. While close friends supported their choice, many others questioned the wisdom of abandoning a peak in their professional lives for the uncertainty of an unknown land. Ivan’s response was simple yet profound: the allure of Vancouver’s vast wilderness, with its untouched forests, fresh air, and crystal waters, had become an obsession—a mirror to the inner space he sought to explore beyond the confines of his civilized self.
In January 2005, this quest drew Ivan back to the wilderness, this time to his beloved Nahatlach River, 250 kilometers from Vancouver. Nestled within Nahatlach Provincial Park, characterized by its majestic mountain peaks, ancient forests, and a wild river untouched by artificial signals, Ivan sought solitude. Initially, the absence of urban noise and electromagnetic vibrations triggered a fleeting “city craving,” reminiscent of an addiction. Yet, this withdrawal soon gave way to a profound sense of belonging, as if he had never known another way of being. It was during one such moment, seated on the riverbank, that an unexpected encounter occurred. An old man, appearing as if from nowhere, approached Ivan with cryptic words about the river’s flow and the unusual absence of snow, hinting at a deeper awareness. The conversation shifted abruptly when the man warned of nearby pumas, igniting a surge of primal fear in Ivan. In the blink of an eye, the man vanished, leaving Ivan to process the encounter alone. Seeking grounding, he returned to his cabin, intending to work on visualizations commissioned for a young healer’s book. Instead, words poured forth uncontrollably, marking the beginning of a creative outpouring that would span seven days.
When Ivan emerged from this wilderness retreat, the experience felt surreal, as though time had compressed into a mere moment. He left with material for three or four books, including the present work, Create Yourself. He describes accessing an “unthought known” aspect of consciousness, a glimpse into the Infinite Universe’s creative process, revealing that this vastness resides within him as much as he resides within it. This realization birthed his decision to publish Create Yourself, a book that chronicles his personal journey to discovering his healing abilities while offering psychological and scientific foundations for his approach. Rados asserts that the capacity to heal is not unique to him but can be cultivated by anyone through self-exploration, thought modification, and the exercises detailed within these pages.
Upon returning home, Ivan found himself processing a flood of daily insights, having released all existing clients to seek other healers, trusting the universe to guide his next steps. He began practicing his new visualizations with his family, witnessing immediate results. Soon, without advertising, calls from resonant individuals seeking help began to arrive, affirming his intentional request to the universe. With this fresh approach, he challenged clients with diverse physical, emotional, and mental struggles to reframe their perspectives, employing tetrahedron visualizations with remarkable success. Yet, a sense of incompletion lingered, prompting a call to journey to Egypt and enter the Khufu Pyramid. This led to an invitation to a DNA integration workshop on the Giza Plateau, where profound experiences—reserved for another book—culminated in a transformative moment in the Subterranean Chamber. There, a vision of a tetrahedron medallion and revelations from the Sphinx illuminated the use of sacred geometry in healing, a theme woven throughout this work.
Ivan Rados’ journey, still unfolding, invites readers to flow with him toward light and joy. Create Yourself is a call to those resonating with its message—individuals eager to heal themselves, assist others, and serve the planet through personal growth and conscious evolution. Through group consciousness and positive intention, Rados believes the power to create oneself and effect change multiplies exponentially. This book is an offering, a seed planted for readers to nurture as they see fit, with love and light guiding the way.
