LOVE IS MEDITATION
There are two ways of discovering the divine; either through meditation or love. Through love you will be meditation, and through meditation you will be love. The being is contentless, empty of form. It contains nothing but infinite One Self. Contentless consciousness - that’s what you are.
Speak your truth; not with words, but with silence. Words are contented. The mind is pouring itself into the words. When you say the word ‘love’, it gives a feeling that you love something or somebody. When you say ‘meditation’, it is the same feeling – to meditate upon something - an object. To be love and in meditation, you need to empty the mind of thoughts, and be present in a state of thoughtlessness; not in sleep or unconsciousness, but in absolute pure, whole contentless consciousness.
Love has to happen in the deepest core of your being. Love is not an object; it is the quality of your emptiness, of your nothingness. It is the quality of your being enough in One Self, your very quality of being joyous in your aloneness, being joyous in silence. Contentless consciousness creates the infinite space with no objects to object the context in which love arises in you. Love is not manageable; it is simply an essential happening. When your ego-self is not, love is. Either love is or love is not. You cannot love, you can only be love. To love somebody is just an empty gesture. When you love some-thing or some-body, you are in a state of managing and conditioning. You can say ‘I love you’ a thousand times, but in your heart, you know it is just compensation; an effort to compensate for not being love.
Love is your being. Be your being and love will shine from you, through you, and to you. You don’t have to love, just be love. Love is a delight, naturally shared with the whole existence. The deeper love goes, the higher the meditation goes, easily re-discovering your divine being. Meditation is not focusing or concentrating on something; it is dropping all content, and all thoughts from the mind. It is an objectless state of awareness. When you are in meditation, go on rejecting all that appears - all that presents itself as real and as you. This includes everything that appears. In objective outside reality, whatever you see, hear, smell, taste or touch is not real and it is not you. In subjective inside reality, whatever you see with your inner eye, imagine, perceive, think or feel is not real and is not you.
In meditation, you drop your attachments to objects, illusions, and the very idea of the self, and you become no-thing and no-body. In that no-thing-ness, love blooms the lotus of compassion. Only a contentless consciousness is in knowingness of what a free being is - love and meditation. Transform meditation into love and love into meditation. The ego-self will not use the words to separate you from the divine nature in your being. All is one
